Marriage Settlement of (1) to (2)
Consideration: £1850
(1) agrees to grant by bargain and sale the Rectory and Church of Michael Church, alias Mikell Kirke, alias Michaelis Kirke, a Grange called Rushton Grange in Bowland and Craven, Yorks. and a watermill in Essington in Bolland, Yorks., to the use of (3), for the purposes of a Common Recovery, (4) to be the demandant.
(4) will then hold the property to the use of (1) until the marriage of (1) and (2), and then to the various uses as set out in the settlement.
Provision made for a portion of £120 per annum for (2) in her widowhood, falling to £60 per annum if she remarries; (5b-e) to receive £60 per annum during the lifetime of (2)
